Do you source specific furniture designs by request?
Our buyers travel abroad several times a year to hunt for inventory. You can give us a specific designer name or exact room dimensions. We actively search for your requested items during our estate visits and bring them back on our next shipment.
Do you offer a trade program for design professionals?
We run a dedicated program for architects and professional decorators. Registered trade members receive exclusive pricing tiers and early access to our shipping manifests. This early access allows professionals to secure high volume orders for commercial spaces before the items reach the public floor.
How do you restore the vintage wood finishes?
Restoration is included in the price and happens after you buy. Once a piece is yours, we strip, sand and refinish it in our Berkeley workshop to repair any existing structural and cosmetic issues, bringing it back to its original factory condition before delivery.
When do pre-order pieces arrive?
We fill shipping containers over several weeks during our buying trips, and the ocean crossing takes about four to six weeks. Once your pre-order piece arrives, we restore and refinish it in our Berkeley workshop before delivery. Each pre-order collection is named for its container, for example Denmark Winter 2027.
Can I view the furniture in person before purchasing?
Book an appointment Wednesday through Friday, or walk in on Saturday. You can inspect the wood and test the seating comfort of any piece on the floor. Call ahead if you want to see a specific item from the website, to make sure it is on the floor.
