All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer any warranties on any vintage or new production item. Orders can be returned or cancelled within a 24-hour period from the initial sale time and date for a refund of the full purchase price. All returns made after 24 hours of the initial purchase date will receive store credit for the full value of the purchase price. We do our best to accurately represent each item and are more than happy to provide you with as much information as possible before your purchase.
Shipping
We offer white glove, in home delivery on all orders in the continental United States. For shipping quotes on items going to Hawaii and Alaska, or any international location, please contact us and we can guide you through your shipping options. We use a fully-insured white glove shipping service for the majority of our long distance shipping. After your order is picked up from our showroom, west coast deliveries will take approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery, while east coast deliveries will be closer to 4-6 weeks for delivery. For smaller items, we pack them ourselves and ship them via UPS Ground. All shipping orders will have a tracking number.
